We are thrilled to celebrate the opening of our new BuxMont office space, which houses both JCHAI and AADD! Our new location, conveniently situated in Willow Grove between our Main Line Hub and our Doylestown Hub, enables JCHAI to build upon and expand our programmatic impact. It also provides touchdown space for in-person staff collaboration and training.
Located at Regency Towers, an apartment complex already home to a number of JCHAI members receiving supported living services in our BuxMont Hub, the space comes equipped with state-of-the-art indoor and outdoor recreational lounges, cooking kitchens, a fitness center, a private movie theater, tennis courts, and a pool. As commercial tenants, we are excited to use these shared spaces to support our programming across the region.
Shout-out to JCHAI Program Director, Rachel Kaufman, JCHAI Program Manager, Daisy Saldivar, and AADD Association Manager, Coleen Covington, pictured below in our new BuxMont office space!
As JCHAI and AADD's program leaders, they make an incredible difference in the lives of our members each and every day. Thank you! |

As well, new AADD bus stops are now located at our new Willow Grove office and at our Education Center in Bryn Mawr, serving as pick-up/drop-off points for group trips and outings for JCHAI and AADD members alike.
As JCHAI's footprint continues to expand, we remain focused on managing growth effectively and efficiently, in order to address unmet needs in our region. |

As part of JCHAI's Guest Chef series where we build partnerships with local businesses, JCHAI members had a blast at a recent hands-on workshop taught by Chef Aaron Gordon, the owner of Agricola Pizzeria in South Philly!
In this immersive class, participants learned how to make delicious pizza dough and sauce from scratch, followed by learning how to cook the pies in a portable, outdoor gas-fired pizza oven.
We're so grateful to JCHAI Board Member Christie Yamron Rovinsky for
introducing us to Chef Aaron Gordon, and to Chef Aaron Gordon for his partnership in creating such a memorable learning experience for our members.
Do you know of a great chef and want to help facilitate a collaboration in our Guest Chef series in any of JCHAI's hub locations (Main Line, BuxMont, Doylestown) or across downtown Philadelphia? Reach out to Tilly Forlack at tforlack@jchai.org to get started! |

Over the summer, members of JCHAI and AADD spent a fun-filled week in Wildwood, NJ at the Bolero Resort with Special Vacations! Memories were made on the world-famous boardwalk, in the pool, on the beach, strolling around town on morning walks, playing bingo, dancing with Elvis, performing in a talent show, and just being in the company of friends.
Extended trips like this allow for our members to strengthen friendships not just within the immediate JCHAI and AADD community, but also to make new connections with other folks with unlimited abilities and unique disabilities who were also on the trip — over 45 of us in total, plus staff! Our members spent time out and about in Wildwood, exercising independence and vital social skills while shopping, dining out, walking around town, and participating in a wide range of activities.
This trip was definitely one for the books, complete with perfect weather, genuine camaraderie, lots of laughs, and good vibes all around!

Two lucky winners from JCHAI's 2025 Annual Celebration live auction had the opportunity to participate in a very special Phillies VIP On-Field Experience at Citizens Bank Park last month.
They enjoyed the chance to step onto the field to watch a pre-game batting practice session, receive a personal tour of the stadium, and get up close and personal with some of their favorite Phillies players for photos, autographs, and more!
Thank you to Rob Thomson and the Phillies, as well as our generous auction supporters, Sharon & Joel Freedman and Michael Susco & Tina Susco Lombardi, for your dedication to the JCHAI community! |
